We had a fantastic stay at Goldgasse! The staff treated us like royalty, with a warm welcome and a room tour. The bathroom was lovely, with powerful showers and complimentary toiletries. The room had a fridge stocked with free drinks, and a great selection of teas and coffees. The TV had channels in multiple languages, and the wifi was super fast. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the historic center. We also loved the books and leaflets in the room, and the helpful map provided. Check-out was at a convenient time, and the hotel stored our luggage for us. I highly recommend this hotel.

I loved staying at this hotel tucked away on a cute little alley in Old Town. It was just steps away from the main square, making it so easy to explore the heart of the city. The room was spacious and had everything I could need for a comfortable stay, from the in-room safe to the air conditioning. The staff were amazing and went above and beyond to make me feel welcome, from offering a welcome drink to providing room service.
I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable stay in the heart of the city.

The hotel is located in a cute little alley in Old Town, opposite the cathedral, making it an excellent location. You can easily walk to almost everything you'd need to see in the city. The rooms are modern and clean, with great fixtures in the bathroom. The staff are friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast served in the cozy dining room is exceptional.
Some rooms facing the street can be noisy at night.

The location of the hotel was perfect, right in the heart of the city. It was so convenient to be able to walk everywhere and explore the city easily. The staff at the hotel were also very friendly and cute, making us feel right at home. Another great aspect was the breakfast, delicious and had a variety of options to choose from.
One downside of the hotel was that it was a bit difficult to reach by car due to being in a pedestrian area.

Beautifully refurbished historic building. Rooms named after operas and styled accordingly. Roof balcony access in our room. Wonderful rain shower. Sit-and-be-served breakfast with delicious omelettes, bread selection, and sweet treats. Lovely location.

Hotel Goldgasse in Salzburg is very nice! The location is perfect, in the beautiful pedestrian zone of the Old Town, with all attractions within walking distance. The staff, especially Ulrika, were amazing and provided fantastic recommendations for sightseeing and dining. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The atmosphere was great, with a charming building and a quiet setting. The service was great, and the bathroom products and shower were spa quality. I highly recommend Hotel Goldgasse without question!

The location down the alley in the old city center was perfect for exploring on foot, with shops nearby. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. The breakfast provided was delicious and satisfying.
